Chief Operational & Shariah Risk Leader

MNRB Group is seeking a senior leader to drive Group and entity-level operational and Shariah risk management across subsidiaries in Malaysia. The role requires shaping risk frameworks, engaging executives, and embedding risk practices in daily operations to meet regulatory expectations and strategic objectives.

You will lead development of risk dashboards, KRIs, and governance processes, while guiding incident reporting, business continuity, and resilience programs.
