About the Opportunity: Build and Scale the Operational Backbone

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company’s operational strategy, execution, and performance as we scale across markets.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can turn strategy into execution, build scalable operating systems, and ensure every function in the business is moving in the same direction.

The COO owns how the company operates — across people, process, delivery, performance, and cross-functional execution. You will work directly with the CEO to translate business priorities into clear operating plans, ensure teams are accountable to outcomes, and help the company scale without breaking.

This role is ideal for a strong operator who can zoom out to shape company-wide strategy, while also zooming in when needed to solve execution gaps, process issues, and team alignment challenges.
