The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, compassionate, and values‑driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead our housing, youth and family, and outreach programs. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO provides senior leadership across operations, program development, budgeting, human resources, and community partnerships.
