Job Description

1. Participate with the Board of Directors in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization
2. Provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and the members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations
3. Define and drive the company's strategic management plan, goals, targets and ensure the suitability of budget plan.
4. Provide guidance and ensure effective corporate/business plan for short term and long term. Also, monitor and adjust plan to be in line with the market situation
