Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven COO to help us scale smarter. Unicoin is entering a critical phase: multiple high-impact initiatives, rapid content and product development, and a need to unlock operational leverage to match our creative and commercial ambitions. The COO is the CEO’s key partner in turning vision into action, driving clarity, speed, and efficiency. You’ll work across teams to align priorities, remove friction, and scale the company in a smart, and AI-led way.

- Build and lead business planning cycles and cross-functional alignment processes.
- Drive the rollout of AI-first tools and operational stack, in close partnership with leaders and champions.
