Chief of Staff in Training

We are hiring a Chief of Staff in Training. This is a development role, but a serious one. You will work directly with the Chairman and CEO of two operating companies in two different industries, and you will be expected to grow, over 18 to 24 months, into a full Chief of Staff role with meaningfully more scope, autonomy, and compensation.

Resource Energy Solutions Inc. is a Calgary-based oil and gas software company with 20+ years of history and active enterprise pursuits. MyEngene Inc. is a Delaware-incorporated pharmacogenomics and AI platform company in active capital raise, with 7 patents pending, independent AI validation underway, academic and clinical research engagements, pharma corporate venture capital outreach, and partnerships across Canada, the US, and internationally.
