Were building a high-performance, tech-enabled operations engine and need someone who understands ecommerce deeply and can drive execution at speed.

This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with founders. You will act as the operational backbone of the businessowning execution across ecommerce, marketing, catalogue, and product teams. This is not a coordination role; you will drive outcomes, bring structure, and ensure things get done.
