- We are looking for a highly skilled experienced Chief Mechanic to lead our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all company vehicles, machinery, and equipment. The Chief Mechanic will be responsible for supervising mechanics, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing and overseeing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards.
- The Chief Mechanic will also coordinate with management regarding maintenance schedules, recommend improvements for operational efficiency, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
