About the Role
At XCEED, marketing is our primary growth engine. We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take full command of it. The mission is dual-focused: make XCEED feel deeply local in every nightlife hub we enter, while engineering a high-velocity global growth engine that compounds.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for global marketing strategy, brand architecture, go‑to‑market direction, and organizational design. You will own the marketing vision, ecosystem positioning, and full marketing P&L, alongside the operating cadence, team leadership, and cross‑functional alignment with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations.
