Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain high software quality standards by establishing best practices and habits, and identifying and encouraging areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Help collect and document user requirements, develop user stories, estimates and work plans.
• Design, develop and test unit applications in accordance with established standards.
• Work with teammates to migrate existing applications to current technologies.
• Develop, refine and adjust integrations between applications, and analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
• Assess opportunities to improve the application and processes and prepare justifying documents to be sent to team members and other parties concerned.
