Responsibilities
Remove obstacles and blockers for team members
Partner with the Europe-based Lead to steer the team effectively
Act as the Single Point of Contact for client-side management and Product Owners
Perform as an advanced-level Software Engineer contributing directly to development
Suggest design and architecture for team deliverables
Provide high-level project estimates for components
Communicate directly with clients to prepare performance reports and coordinate team workloads
Deliver high-quality software solutions within the allocated timeframe
