Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory).
- Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Capability activities.
- Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role (automotive industry preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO **** / IATF ***** quality standards.
- Experience with tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
