About the organisation
The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established in 2023 to improve how Victorians and businesses interact with the state government. By connecting digitising systems across the State, DGS drives improved service delivery and a more resilient digital ecosystem. Within DGS, the Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience division oversees the state’s digital resilience, cyber posture and whole of government incident response. This organisation is committed to the values and standards of the Victorian Public Service.
