Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic executive leadership and spearhead transformation initiatives across human resource management and development.
- Design and execute forward-looking HR strategies that strengthen workforce agility, foster high engagement, and support the institution’s mission and objectives.
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce and manpower planning, talent acquisition and development, employee and industrial relations, talent and succession management, leadership development, organisational design, retention strategies, rewards and performance management, and change management.
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for HR management of institution-employed staff, including nursing, pharmacy, allied health, medical, administrative, and ancillary personnel assigned to or hosted within the institution.
