What you will need to do:
- Leading and Managing Estimation Teams - This includes overseeing a team of estimators providing guidance and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all cost estimates.
- Developing and Implementing Estimation Processes - Establishing and refining standardized estimation methodologies tools and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Analysing Project Documents - Thoroughly reviewing project plans specifications and other relevant documentation to identify scope requirements and potential risks.
