Siemens Energy Guanajuato invites a proven leader to head EHS, Quality and Security at our Power Transformers plant. You will shape strategy, drive manufacturing excellence, and ensure compliance across EHS, quality and security domains.

You will mentor managers, manage budgets, oversee QMS and CAPA, lead supplier quality and risk programs, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
