Essential Experience
18+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, technology leadership, or large-scale transformation architecture.
Experience leading or building an Enterprise Architecture function in a large organization.
Experience working in multi-entity or diversified groups.
Strong background in Oracle-based enterprise environments (Finance, Procurement, Projects, Integrations, Reporting, Master Data).
Experience with:
Application rationalization and modernization
Data architecture and MDM (Master Data Management)
Enterprise integration architecture
Cybersecurity, cloud, and low-code governance
Influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide decisions
