About the Role
Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Quaker Houghton will lead the safe and efficient operation of our Monterrey chemical blending site while accelerating performance and capability growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and critical capital investment projects, championing continuous improvement and driving measurable gains in reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site, managing and developing a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians).
- Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities.
- Lead capital projects end‑to‑end, including budget, timeline, and execution.
