Chief Engineer, Hardware — Lead Low-Power Embedded Systems

iLOQ Oy is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer, HW to lead hardware development in our R&D team in Oulu, Finland. You will own hardware design, drive architecture decisions and work hands-on from prototype to production handover, collaborating with mechanics, embedded software, testing and sourcing.

The role requires a strong electronics background, system-level thinking, and experience with HW verification, schematics, layout and EMC/ESD standards.
