The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a Board-facing executive responsible for leading the end-to-end development of a portfolio of mixed-use, hospitality-led, and branded residential projects across Europe. The role encompasses the full development lifecycle from acquisition support, feasibility, concept creation, master planning, design management, financial underwriting, stakeholder engagement, procurement, construction delivery, and project completion.

The successful candidate will combine exceptional real estate development expertise with strong technical knowledge across design, engineering, and construction, together with commercial and financial acumen. The CDO will be accountable for delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, profitability, brand compliance, sustainability, and operational readiness.
