The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for leading the company’s global delivery organisation while driving profitable growth, customer success, operational excellence, and innovation.
The CDO owns the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across all service lines including AI, Application Development, Test Engineering, Data Engineering, Salesforce, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
The role carries executive responsibility for Delivery P&L, customer satisfaction, revenue growth through existing clients, operational excellence, delivery governance, workforce capability, and continuous innovation.
