Chief Counsel, Global Philanthropy & Impact

Omidyar Network is seeking a General Counsel to guide legal strategy, governance, and cross‑border programs. You will lead an internal team and coordinate with outside counsel, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and the COO.

You will oversee compliance across IRS rules for nonprofits, data privacy, and sanctions, while shaping investment and grantmaking strategies in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven foundation.
