- Menu Planning & Preparation: Design and prepare meals, ensuring high-quality food standards, variety, and consistency in taste and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory control, manage food supplies, and order ingredients as needed to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a cook or chef, with leadership experience in a kitchen environment.
- Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation, along with a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
