Responsibilities:
Being responsible for Strategic and Operations plans for After-Sale Service, Store Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Cost Control functions.Managing the strategic procurement and category management activities, including liaising with business units and suppliers, sourcing, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts on contractual and commercial terms.Supervising and controlling all contracts and agreements with the main contractor, sub‐contractor, and supplier.Managing purchasing budgets, forecasting expenses, and handling cost savings.Being responsible for Budget and Cost Management and Controlling.Managing after-hand-over service and collaborating with clients for transferring phase.
