**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the **BU Milk** within the Quality Department.
During the internship, the resource will have the opportunity to enter an accredited laboratory, carrying out activities such as:
* Support colleagues in carrying out quantitative analyzes in the chemical field (proteins, fatty acids, sugars…);
* Support the performance of analyzes and analytical techniques, also through the in-depth study of transversal issues such as quality assurance of the result and metrological confirmation of the instrumentation;
* Collaborate in some management aspects of the Laboratory, such as updating the master data of the IT system (LIMS).
