About the Company
Randstad is a leading HR services provider working with a global manufacturer headquartered in North America. The client is launching foundational operations in Mexico and seeks a Technical Sales & Country Operations Manager to build the local footprint.
Responsibilities
- Lead all sales activities in Mexico for OEMs, Tier1/Tier2 manufacturers, industrial plants, and end users.
- Provide technical guidance and application support for spray nozzles, tank mixing injectors, and air atomizers.
- Support customer projects from specification to implementation.
- Establish and operate a small local office, acting as the primary point of contact between Mexican customers and the client’s headquarters.
- Coordinate with HQ on forecasting, pricing, inventory planning, logistics, and customer support.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of limited local support staff.
