Role Overview
The Country Manager – Mexico will lead business expansion, delivery excellence, and operational strategy. We are looking for a leader with deep staffing expertise, a strong understanding of Mexican labor law, and experience building and scaling teams.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and scale Net2 Source's overall business operations in Mexico.
Own full P& L , financial planning, revenue forecasting, and growth strategy.
