Our venue is open 7 days a week. We are looking for a Full-Time Chefs and Cooks.
The successful candidate must
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet company’s standards.
- Have passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served
- Ability to keep the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen
- Very good communication and organisational skills- Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling
