Chef required for a well-established Australian business “DEGANI@BENTONSQUARE” located at 18/210 DUNNS ROAD, MORNINGTON VIC 3931. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef. Duties include.

1. Monitor the kitchen staff during pre-cooking preparations.
2. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of food preparation, food presentation.
3. Prepare specialized food items from the kitchen menu
4. Preparing food items keeping in mind the nutrition value of the items included.
5. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per the standard food recipes of the business or personal judgment.
6. Planning menus & recipes.
7. Estimating food and Labor costs and ordering food supplies.
