1.Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
2.Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients

3.Cook food in a timely manner

4.Delegate tasks to kitchen staff

5.Inform wait staff about daily specials

6.Ensure appealing plate presentation

7.Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
