The Position

Lead all kitchen operations for breakfast, crib & dinner service providing a buffet style service

Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training of staff

Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required

Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS

Enhance workplace culture – display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Manage day to day operations of the site for your second week

The Person

Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level

Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery

Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug screen
