Responsibilities
Organize, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.Develop, design, and update menus in line with current culinary trends and market demands.Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, food preparation, and final presentation.Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and purchasing processes.Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Collaborate with management to enhance culinary offerings and operational efficiency.
