Job Objective

Support the Production Supervisor by coordinating daily shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow execution, maintaining safety and quality standards, and serving as the first point of contact for team members during the shift. The Lead Hand ensures that production targets are met through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and operational discipline.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and assign work to team members based on the production plan provided by the Supervisor.
• Monitor workflow to ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
