Key Responsibilities
Preparation and service of the dinner, offering to the highest standards
Organization and management of the selected section
Ensuring consistency, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain the overall culinary standards of the property
Contributing to a professional and collaborative working environment
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as Demi Chef de Partie
Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed cuisine
