Job Purpose
The Chef de Partie manages an assigned kitchen section and ensures that all food is prepared according to
approved recipes, quality standards, hygiene procedures and production schedules. The role requires practical cooking skill, organization, discipline and the ability to coordinate with senior chefs and junior team members during busy service or high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
