The Lab Holding in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, overseeing a specific section and delivering dishes to the highest standard under the Head Chef. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, consistency and adherence to food safety.

Evenings, weekends and holidays flexibility is required.
