Join the kitchen team at IBAI, our 1 Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián – Donostia. We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to lead the preparation of the pintxos served at our iconic bar and become part of a team driven by culinary excellence, creativity and respect for exceptional ingredients.
A day in the life
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of the daily preparation and presentation of the pintxos served at our iconic bar, ensuring every creation reflects the quality, precision and creativity that define IBAI. Working closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering a unique dining experience by showcasing the very best seasonal ingredients and celebrating the essence of Basque gastronomy through our pintxos offering. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate start, offering an excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday service and weekends off.
