Chef de Partie / CDP

We are looking for a Chef de Partie / CDP to join our food manufacturing and catering kitchen team. The role will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, station management, catering production support, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

• Handle daily food preparation and cooking duties.
• Support food manufacturing, catering preparation, and kitchen production operations.
• Manage assigned kitchen station independently.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation are consistent.
• Follow company recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with stock checking, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen equipment, and kitchen areas.
