Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, must be able to speak English
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to accurately read and communicate orders
- Well-organized, with a strong sense of urgency; able to track multiple orders and multi-task effectively
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, able to collaborate and work productively with others
- Strong knowledge of food-safety practices
- In-depth understanding of Japanese products, recipes, and presentation standards
- Ability to follow and execute the head chef’s direction and demonstrate advanced cooking skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a Japanese restaurant
