About the Role
You will work along with the lead chef across two connected concepts:
- Busy city centre café/restaurant served from a scratch kitchen - home‑made soups, filled rolls, daily mains, and vibrant salads
- The Nook, our relaxed table‑service space offering a carefully crafted lunch menu
