What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Complete food orders, inventory controls, and food rotations
- Plan and coordinate menus with other members of the culinary team
- Oversee the preparation of all aspects of the culinary program
- Supervise the regular cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen
- Respond to special requests and dietary needs in an attentive and effective manner
