Salary: $85,000 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Chef to join their Indian Restaurant in Ballarat Central, Victoria.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
2. Ensure meals are presented neatly and served on time
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
4. Follow food safety and workplace health regulations
5. Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
6. Assist with menu planning and food preparation
7. Manage stock rotation and minimise food wastage
