Responsibilities:
- Quality Control & Inspection: Witness the storage process to ensure ice blocks meet standards, inspecting for breakage or melting.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily physical counts of stock, verify storage quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, delivery acknowledgments, and incident reports, and submit them to accounting.
- Dispatch & Client Assistance: Assist walk-in clients, process orders for delivery, and verify the correct quantity is released to customers.
- Safety & Sanitation: Monitor the cleanliness of the storage area and ensure compliance with product security checklists before delivery.
