At Europcar Mobility Group, our purpose is to help change the way you move. We are looking for a dedicated Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As the primary point of contact for customers returning their vehicles, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, inspecting vehicle conditions upon return, and ensuring the smooth collection of keys and finalization of the rental process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and confidence when they return their vehicles.
- Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
- Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, compiling necessary documentation for efficient evaluation.
- Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure fleet damage records are accurate and up to date.
