- Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience & behavior.
- Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks.
- Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or business.
- At least 3 years total work experience with 1 to 2 years project management, strategy, or e-commerce experience.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
