Core Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations & Accounting:
• Direct and oversee all daily accounting operations, maintaining the general ledger , subsidiary ledgers.
• Manage end-to-end billing, credit note, collections, and accounts receivable (A/R) to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise accounts payable (A/P), ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and expense tracking. 
• Financial Reporting & Month-End Closure:
• Support and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review and reconcile trial balances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
