Emerald Sands is a Dubai holding company (DAFZA) with subsidiaries spanning real estate, mainland and free zone entities, and stakes in international financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Own group-level financial reporting and consolidation across the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage UAE Corporate Tax registration, filing, and structuring for the holding entity and each subsidiary.
- Handle VAT compliance and FTA correspondence group-wide.
- Advise on intercompany structuring, DLD transfer fee exposure on shareholding changes, and free zone/mainland tax positions.
- Provide advisory on new investments, acquisitions, and restructuring of existing businesses globally.
