Charlotte Land Acquisition Leader - Multifamily Development

JPI Companies is seeking a Director, Land Acquisitions to focus on sourcing and acquiring new multifamily development opportunities. This leadership position in A Estrada, Galicia will liaise with multiple roles to meet business plan production targets.

The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to lead negotiations and mentorship within the team.
