This is a full‑time, on‑site Channel Specialist role based in Manila. The Channel Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and enhance market reach. In this role, you will assist in onboarding and enabling channel partners, ensuring they understand Optum’s solutions, value propositions, and sales processes. You will monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Daily activities include coordinating joint marketing or sales initiatives, responding to partner inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize channel effectiveness. You will also help ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of channel strategies and partner experiences.
