Job Title: Channel Sales Manager (Smart Locks candidates with relevant industry background are preferred.
2、Network: Possess an active, existing network of local distributors, dealers, and hardware channels in Mexico.
3、Skills: Excellent business negotiation, presentation and business development skills; ability to work independently and achieve performance efficiently in a fast-paced environment; at the same time, need to have an in-depth understanding of local smart lock market trends, various types of door locks and mainstream smart lock solutions, and be able to formulate adaptive sales strategies based on market needs.
4、Language: Native proficiency in Mexico; professional working proficiency in English .
5、Traits: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, highly resilient, and capable of operating effectively with remote HQ support.
